Setting up online bill payment uses the same procedure as setting up regular online banking. Note that not every financial institution which Moneydance supports for online banking will allow application-based online bill payment, so you may receive an error message if you attempt to set up bill payment with an institution which does not allow it.
Moneydance can use a different service for online bill payment than is used for downloading transactions. To configure a separate connection for online bill payment choose the Online -> Setup Online Bill Payment button/menu, select the institution and follow the on screen instructions. Once enabled, selecting the Online -> Online Bill Payment button/menu will let you access the features of your bill payment service.
