"Round Off" amounts in iPhone app

Description
The last few times I've tried to use MoneyDance on the iPhone - actually, an iPod Touch running iOS 4 - it rounds up my amounts for the transaction. For example, if my amount is $61.89, it sets it to $62.00. I can go back into the screen for the entry and change it, but the change doesn't hold; it keeps rounding the value. If I change the value to some other number, that number is then rounded.
