Allow user to view account transactions by unreconciled transactions only.

As per my forum post (thanks Ash):

"Is is possible to hide reconciled transactions. I only really need to see unreconciled transactions with option of "unhiding" to periodically check something. I'm a former MS Money user and could select a 'view' of all or unreconciled. I'm thinking the MD approach is to archive older transactions which would be OK if the archive merged rather than overwrote an existing file. This is not so good as I would need to create a seperate archive file for each period (say month) so if I wanted to refer back I would have to open each archive until I found the transaction I needed. If either of these is not possible possible perhaps they could be added as feature requests? Thanks Andy"
