Same transactions being downloaded every time for all accounts

Description

The download from American Express now works but it keeps re-downloading the same transactions every time. This is now happening across all accounts. Moneydance repeats the same transactions every time I do a download.

Also, Moneydance is no longer prompting me for the password for any online account. Don't know if this is related.
