Importing data occasionally the default "blue" Record/Done buttons do not activate upon hitting Return

Description

This has been a bug that has lasted through 2007 and into 2008 under Mac OS X. When going through a list of transactions after downloading them, on occasion the Record or Done button is highlighted in blue as being the default action but hitting Return or Enter from the keyboard does not actually trigger the action.
