Edit Account Starting Balance Bug

Description

I've been working on my accounts today and needed to make some changes to the starting balances in the account maintenance window. I had something very strange happen. I entered a negative amount and the account running balance updated correctly. Then I changed the amount and nothing happened. Then I changed it to a positive number and it updated. Then I put a negative sign in front of the value and nothing happened/changed. I changed it to zero and it updated correctly. I re-input the negative number and it updated correctly.

Has this been reported?
