Hidden transactions still appear

Description

Even though the option has been set not to show zero balance accounts, and these accounts do not appear on the Homepage. They still appear in the Account list pull-down.

A hidden account should not be selectable in:

*catogories *account list (at top or register)

or any other window unless the user deselects the option not to hide the account.

I have to disagree - accounts/categories no longer used should be marked speperate and show the behaviour you describe;
zero value accounts instead should not be shown on homepage when that setting is enabled and also not in homepage drop-down menu (when set up not to show all accounts)
