Online Banking Does Not Work For Citibank, American Express and Citicards

Description

In online banking signup, after I select the financial institution and successfully enter my name and password, there is a window that asks, "please choose the account that you wish to use:" My acct number is visible, but the "Next>>" button remains grayed out. I just re-downloaded a trial copy to make sure I had the latest version. I’m running XP. I’d like to switch from MS-Money, which connects online to my banks fine. How can I set up moneydance for online banking? Thanks

I'm using the Mac version have the exact same problem.

did you use "new connection" before selecting your finance institute to downlad an up-to-date list of supported banks?
also you need to state: MD build, OS, JVM (+version), ...
did you take a look into our wiki and/or forum; are there any other error messages e.g. on commandline?
