Hide deprecated accounts from category dropdown in new transactions

Description

When I hide zero balance accounts I'd like them to also disappear from the category dropdown list when entering new transactions. Once I've hidden an account I'm not going to enter new transactions against it, so there's no reason to have it cluttering up the category list.

don't think we need to hide zero balance accounts - but we should be able to mark accounts as no longer existent/in use
