Hi Michael,

It sounds like your version of Moneydance (2007?) is old enough to not  
be able to do the auto-update.  You can download the full installer  
here:
   http://moneydance.com/other

You can also check to see if your license key will work with 2008 by  
testing it in this form:
   http://moneydance.com/purchase
