[moneydance] feature request: hide reconciled transactions

One possible workaround for this issue is to sort your register by the
'cleared' status. You can do that by simply clicking on the 'C' column in
the register. The first time you click all the uncleared transactions will
be put at the end of the list. The second time they will be put at the top
of the list.

Hiding the reconciled transactions can cause complications with searching,
making the "unhide" feature accessible and understandable, as well as
downloaded transaction matching. Because so many people use Moneydance in so
many different ways, it will be tricky to get this feature right.
