[moneydance] Possible feature request

I would find that rather useful depending on the implementation. As Kevin says, the small size and simplicity of the data file is an attractive feature.

Thinking about this for two minutes one way I could see it being implemented is when you have a receipt scanned the image goes to a separate directory or db file with a pointer in the MD XML to match the transaction with the image. Maybe use a md5/sha hash for the pointer to keep it unique.  This would have to be resilient so that if the MD file is opened on a machine without the images there is no harm done and the file works without errors.
