[moneydance] "No print service found."

The steps listed at
http://www.bastian-frank.de/site/front_content.php?idcat=13&idart=46
were the only thing that got me to print, using PClinuxOS. It is not a
"fix" but only a workaround. I made a copy of everything prior to
making the required changes.
