[moneydance] Howto "Transfer between accounts" ?

Note that you can transfer money in either direction from either account.
For example, if you are transferring money from account A to account B you
can either:++Go into the register for account A, create a transaction with
the Category set to account B, and enter the amount in the Payment field, or
++Go into the register for account B, create a transaction with the Category
set to account A, and enter the amount in the Deposit field.

Either method will result in the amount being subtracted from account A, and
added to account B.
