[moneydance] Print uncleared transactions??

Two different issues here

1. Linux printing issue-- I'm pretty sure that's all been fixed in that
I've been printing MD reports happily for quite some time. I used to
have problems a couple of years ago- sometimes no printing at all other
times, the headings of reports wouldn't print.

2. I've just looked through MD and as far as I can tell what you want
can't be done directly. I thought there might be an option to sort by
transaction status but there isn't. You could go to the issue tracker
and put in a request.
