[moneydance] printing partial page of checks

Can someone please tell me the preferred method in Moneydance for printing a
partial page of checks, or is that not really possible?  I'm trying to print
standard-size 3-to-a-page checks.  I had no problem configuring Moneydance
to print on a full page of three checks, which feeds into the printer like a
regular 8 1/2 x 11 piece of paper.  However, when one or two of the checks
are torn off and you have to print on the remaining partial page, you have
to turn the checks sideways to feed them through the printer.  I couldn't
figure out how to tell Moneydance to print the checks sideways to match.  I
see the "Checks on First Page" option in the check printing screen, but
selecting 1 or 2 does not change the orientation of the printed checks.

Does Moneydance not support sideways printing for partial pages?  If not,
how does everyone else handle this?  Only print checks when you can fill up
the full sheet?  Thanks in advance for any advice.
