[moneydance] OFX update lists

Hi Tim,

Sorry about not responding earlier.  We are working on the Zions  
problem but don't have an ETA for a fix yet.  Keep in mind that Zions'  
online banking service (at least the OFX part) is run by Metavante  
which is now owned by Intuit.  It may be that they request we not  
allow Moneydance to connect to them.
