[moneydance] budget

Greetings,

After wondering for a long time (pre-dating MD2008) why some actual 
income account balances would not show in the budget what ever I tried, 
I have now discovered when but not why this happens.
When a new account is added to the list of accounts and subsequently 
added to a budget, the budgeted amount is shown in the budget report but 
not the actual amount.
The actual amount is by the way also not added to budget graph on top of 
the MD homepage.
I suspect this is a bug, has any one else experienced this problem?
