[moneydance] Can't keyboard-scroll securities in investment transaction window

This has actually been a long-standing nit, but it's still in build 606.
If I tab over to the Security Category or Transfer Fee Category and hit
up- or down-arrow, I get a popup that shows a bunch of items.  However,
at this point I can't use the keyboard to navigate the popup unless I
first click into it.  This is really annoying because it keeps me from
being mouse-free when entering a transaction.
