[moneydance] Cash Disbursements

I use the same procedure that Stephan Cox described, as far as it went. But
there is often some cash outlay that was either forgotten, or whose category
was unimportant (I wouldn't keep track of minor outlays for soda, for
example). At the end of each week, I look at the balance of my cash account,
and compare it with what's in my wallet (I ignore my loose change). Then I
enter a transaction titled "adjust cash balance) with category
(Miscellaeous) to make the MD cash balance match my wallet balance.
