[moneydance] Split menu bug in build 605

Hi Dan,

A second tab should put you through to the amount field.  I get a  
similar behavior because the cursor is not shown in the tags field,  
but pressing tab again displays the cursor in the first amount field.   
Can you confirm whether that works for you?
