[moneydance] Dead to support@moneydance.com

I'm getting a little desperate. Haven't been able to download  
transactions since January, so the bank'll start chucking them in the  
bit-bucket. All e-mail to support at moneydance.com has gone unanswered  
(not even a bounce), as has mail to Ash's personal gmail address.

I guess I'm blacklisted on moneydance's e-mail server. What should I  
do? Open a throw-away hotmail/yahoo/gmail account? Or what?
