[moneydance] No "Cancel" etc. buttons on input screen

I even went back to version 587 because I thought the omission of the 
buttons was a bug. I had a lot of entries to make and the absence of the 
buttons slowed me down and made me make errors. So I decided to wait 
with upgrading until they were back. My main problem is caused by habit 
and I could of course learn to live without the buttons if they did not 
come back, but I would not like it.
