[moneydance] No "Cancel" etc. buttons on input screen

I feel I should point out that I was not suggesting that the buttons
aren't needed, simply that escape can be used to cancel in the absence
of the buttons.  In fact I logged their absence as a defect on trac,
after searching to see if this was already logged.  I didn't find
anything so I logged http://moneydance.com/trac/ticket/1491.  It was
simply closed as being a duplicate, without reference to the ticket it
duplicated, so I have no idea if this is a defect that will be
corrected, or if the buttons are being dropped intentionally.
