[moneydance] Direct Banking Question?

I am a new user (so be patient).  When I download information from a  
bank, etc.  Moneydance must set a marker to know what I have  
downloaded so it doesn't download every time producing many duplicates.

I have consider changing some of the accounting areas I would like to  
start from the very beginning.  Will I be able to download the  
information again in a whole new setup??
