[moneydance] Weird ledger lines in Tiger/Mac

Awe shoot, I figured it out. User must grab the window resizer  
triangle at the bottom right corner of the MD window and resize the  
window then maximize it and the redraw is then correct. Weird but now  
beautiful as ever!
