[moneydance] new user-file options do not match what is shown in the help guide

I didn't realize they were talking about a Mac. As it happens, I just  
purchased a Mac today, so I'll check this out myself soon enough.

I think the issue is that the OP is on a Mac, and the user guide is in
this case referring he PC version.
In the Mac version (as with all mac apps) the preferences in in the
Application menu, not the file menu.
With PC applications the preferences can be... well any where. I've
seen them in the edit menu,
an options menu, the file menu (where I think it makes the most sense)
even the help menu!


Noted about the Help page, is that better?
