[moneydance] Trac

One approach I've seen profitably used is to have two mailing lists,
one for all the updates and one for announcements, discussion, and
mention of larger feature changes.  I see this list as being the
latter kind, and I would like to keep it that way.  Maybe adding
another list for all changes would be useful?
