[moneydance] Howto safely delete mistakenly downloaded transactions?

I would like to know how to safely delete some transactions mistakenly
downloaded to the wrong account or to "test" accounts.

In one case I downloaded transactions from an _investment_ account that
went into my joint _checking_ account. How that happened I know not.

In the other case I downloaded transactions from the same _investment_
account into a "test" investment account. When I subsequently deleted
the "test" account other investment accounts were affected and the
balances were thrown off. In this case, MD gave me this warning:

Delete: Schwab_bad
The account you would like to delete either contains transactions
or is referenced to one or more reminders.
Deleting this account will remove all transactions
and reminders that reference this account.
If you would like to delete this account, enter 'yes'
in the box below.

How can I delete this account without changing transactions in other
accounts?

In the case where the same stock transaction has been down to two
accounts, how would the transaction in the "correct" account be affected
by deleting the "test" account?

Larry
