[moneydance] Quaqua Option

Oops, I didn't realize I had left the Quaqua option in there (I had  
tested it but didn't mean to include it).  To get it to work you would  
need to add the quaqua jar file(s) to the Contents/Resources/Java  
folder within the Moneydance app bundle and modify the Contents/ 
Info.plist file to reference those additional jars.

I would recommend against doing that for the time being though because  
the Quaqua L&F seems to screw up MD's GUI by inserting margins around  
every component, in addition to the margins that are already built  
into MD.
