[moneydance] Still getting 15500 Error for Online Transactions

Sean, 

Please help.  I'm using Zions Bank the online stopped working about a month 
ago.  When I called them they told me that they did an upgrade to their 
online banking for quicken 2008.  It now requires another step in the process 
and moneydance is failing.  I'm unable to do the online bill pay or online 
download of transactions.  

Can you please investigate this and found out what has changed.  It sounds 
like more and more banks are going to be doing this per the Federal 
Government.
