[moneydance] American Express Download (and build 607)

This is repeatable, and I'm pretty sure that it didn't happen like  
this before:

- Download transactions, "Record" through all of them.
- Download again, all the same transactions come up again.

This happens even after closing down Moneydance and reopening.  It  
looks like it's not picking up that the transactions we previous  
recorded from download.

Thanks for the amex fix and the calendar alignment fix!
