[moneydance] Archiving old transactions

I do this all the time as well. People always wonder how the answer comes so quickly and surely, but it's a fact that pretty much anytime we leave the house (at least for me anyway) that we spend money to some degree, and that is easily track-able. Especially in the US where i used check cards for most things.
I now live in Japan where there is no such thing as a check card and credit cards are rarely accepted. Everything here is cashed based and i have a much harder time keeping track of petty cash than card transactions.
