[moneydance] How well does MD reconcile accounts?

I had problems with reconciling at all in MS Money (the ending balance
given was not the sum of all of the transactions in the account), but that
was probably 15 years ago (Money 3.0?), when I vowed to never let MS Money
hold my precious financial data again, so I can't offer any comparison
between the two.

I can tell you that there's no "Mark All" option when reconciling, but the
down-arrow button moves to the next transaction and toggles its "cleared"
status.  So that's probably what you want.  I would caution you that the
implied repeated keystrokes (from holding the button down) are buffered, so
if you do that, then let go, it keeps moving down the list.

When reconciling, there is a "Finish Later" button, which will leave all
the transactions' "cleared" status the way they are so that you can pick up
later where you left off.  There is also an "Unmark All" button which will
take you back to how things were the last time you finished a
reconciliation.
