[moneydance] duplicate files in 606

Yes, I reported that a week or so back. It seems to get created as soon
as one does a save. It is identical to the other file but gives loads
of problems trying to anything with it because of the leading - which
almost all utilities on the planet see as a switch :-) Although I have
yet to see a double - .
