[moneydance] Error 15500

About a week ago I started getting an error 15500 from Zions Bank.  I called 
today and told me they had to reset my account or something and it would work 
again.  It hasn't.  I think googled for this error and got this link to a 
moneydance support thread that at the very end seems to suggest that quicken 
is now locking non-quicken users out of the ofx format.

Does anyone know of a way to get around this error.  I really don't want to 
switch banks again but I will.
