[moneydance] Shouldn't there be a way to set a transaction reminder with an interval greater than 1 year?

Yeah, I renewed my driver license last night, and that's what
triggered my question. :-)

But mine doesn't renew again until 2013.

Why should the user have to manually implement a multi-year
"Repeating" reminder? I'd rather let MoneyDance do it.
