[moneydance] Transactions recorded with wrong category

I have several transaction (mostly transfers between accounts) that are
showing up in a different category ledger than the category that is listed for
them. Specifically, they are appearing in the ATM Withdrawal category. The top
level one not either of the two sub-categories (Cash and Service Fee).

When I pull up the ledger for ATM Withdrawal, it lists the category correctly
(such as American Century Investments or Amplify Savings). Why are they
showing up in the register for this category?
