[moneydance] bug in set_prices.py on dev page

I found why you need the 1/$PRICE in the example that came across the  
list.
Turns out the example listed at:
http://moneydance.com/dev/set_prices.py

Places the inverse of the price !  so 1/$price must be fed to
security.setUserRate(price)
   resul=security.setSnapshotInt(dateint, price)

This does not feel right so if anyone could chime in why it is that  
way and why the example on the website does not work I would love it.
