[moneydance] investment rounding errors?

Hey everyone,

I just reconciled a 401k account which I just rolled over to an IRA.  I've
double checked MD with my statements and the entries check out, but magically,
i still have a few shares left over.  Could this be due to Moneydance not
storing the number of shares out to 6 decimal places, like on my statements? 
Has anyone else seen this before?
