[moneydance] character rendering issues

that didn't seem to work. existing entries still display czech-specific
characters as black-diamond question marks. i haven't imported anything new
just yet but i don't know why new would render correctly and old not.

i also tried variants cz.lproj, and Czech.lproj to no effect.

would the correct font rendering depend on having OS X localizations
installed? i'm pretty sure i turned off all other localizations when i
installed OS X. i assumed those where only for OS X localization and not the
font sets themselves.
