[moneydance] Citibank questions

I have a Citibank credit card, which I can easily access through Moneydance.
 Well, I also have a Home Depot and Sears Charge Plus credit card, both of
which are through Citibank.  Does anyone know if there is a way to download
from these cards directly into Moneydance.

And lastly, my bank (and my employer), Commerce Bank (PA, NJ, DE, NY, FL)
was bought by TD Banknorth today.  Anyone have any TD Banknorth stories they
care to share?  MD work with them?  How's the customer service?
