[moneydance] Run as an applet

There is, but it doesn't work very well due to the fact that applets
are sandboxed and can't read or write data to the local file system.
The applet version of Moneydance can read or write to the host from
which it came, but it requires a bit of server side code.
Applets also have other limitations (no printing, no network
connections to other locations) that make MD difficult to run from a
browser. If you'd like to spend a bit of time messing around with it
I can tell you how (email me off-list) but I wouldn't recommend it.
