[moneydance] Different types of balances for credit cards?

I have a chase CC that i use OFX to download the transactions.  When  
i finish oking the transactions, the balance is listed as: 1098.56

But Chase has 1104.76,  BUT Moneydance has 'Ledger Balance 1104.76'   
which matches chases amount, so im confused what do all the following  
mean?

Balance: 1098.56
Cleared Balance: 1478.06
Current Balance 1098.56
Ledger Balance: 1104.76  11/26/2007
Available Balance: 2395.00  11/26/2007

This is confusing me, I kind of would like the amount MoneyDance  
shows on the summary page to match chases page. (Ledger Balance)  But  
what does Ledger Balance mean vs 'Balance"
