Fuzzy, You were quite right, it was set up as a liability.  Once  
converted to a loan (not tooo awfully hard), it worked fine.  Only  
issue for MD was, it was exported to QIF as a loan.  MD brought it in  
as a liability account.

This has been the easiest problem to fix so far.  Many of my accounts  
are still completely destroyed by the way MD imports.

Thanks again for your help.  I will be posting other issues (in  
appropriate thread)
