What Sean suggested to you is exactly what you and I described as not working.
He is correct as far as he goes: The rolodex card does appear to be filled in
with little lines. However, Moneydance does not save that state, so the
little lines are gone the next time one edits the reminder.
I agree that making the reminders use the same entry fields as the register is
a low priority. To be frank, I couldn't care less. To be even more frank, I
actually prefer the old appearance. The new style has a problem that I find
annoying: When I open an item at the bottom of the register for editing, the
control fields (cancel/record) are out of view. I have to scroll the window
to access them. The window should scroll itself so that these controls are
accessible. Changing the appearance of the reminders is a low priority, but
fixing the bug should not be.
