My condolences. Unfortunately there are a number of minor ways in which 
banks can alter the amortization calculations. Most likely it's possible to 
offer all the options, but MD does not, and offering all the options would 
make it very complex for general consumer use.

Basically your options are to accept MD's approximations and say "good 
enough for government work", or enter the exact numbers from your lender's 
amortization schedule in each payment.
