[moneydance] Moneydance 583 Check Counting

I've used Moneydance 583 on Apple hardware for several
years, and have recommended it to many others over
Quicken.

There's one really minor thing that I wish you would add:
when it puts up the screen showing the first check# to
print, PLEASE, PLEASE include a field that shows the
last check#, too?   Then when I take the preprinted
forms out of the box I get the right amount and don't
waste any of the ridiculously-overpriced preprinted checks!
