[moneydance] Specify address in transaction reminders

I have a transaction reminder to print a check every month.  When I edit the
reminder, I click on the blank rolodex card and select the appropriate
address.  Then I click OK.  When I edit the reminder again, the rolodex
card is blank again.  This bug drives me nuts because I keep forgetting to
set an address again when I print the check, so I have to reprint it.

This happens with version 568.
