Thanks again. That worked. I hadn't realised that once you have done a "save
as" the program will automatically open from and save to that location on
future occasions.
But if any else wants to do the same, they must not move the files to a new
location first - as suggested in your first reply - because moneydance can't
open them. You must do the "save as" process first.
